The Open

OKXICE's objector list hit 56 on Tuesday; the newest names are Tesla, SpaceX, Amazon, Netflix, SoFi and Lam Research. Forty-nine of the 62 original picks have refused a third-party token, and 13 are still silent as the 30-day clocks run out. Yet SpaceX sits second on the tape: SPCXB, Binance's 1:1 backed claim, is $189.3M on rwa.xyz, up 11% since Nov 1.

THE 3AM LINE: Nasdaq +0.83% on election day, AMD +6.6% after hours, Bitcoin $77,800; rwa.xyz marked two sessions at $3.71B, INTCB +36%, and bStocks still unnamed in Binance's second withdrawal phase.

Top of the Tape

Tuesday in one line: the blue chips said no onshore, and the tape said yes offshore.

Chart of the Day

"The wall of no." A step line of OKXICE objectors from Oct 15 to Nov 2 under a flat ceiling at 62, with a marker at Nov 3 where the first 30-day windows closed. The gap between the line and the ceiling is what the venue can still list without an issuer's own token.

Data points. Objectors: 9 on Oct 15, 16 on Oct 19, 26 on Oct 26, 38 on Oct 28, 50 on Oct 30, 56 on Nov 2; ceiling 62. Sources: Decrypt (9, 38, 50, 56), CCN via Yahoo (16, 62; carried), crypto.news (26; carried), Cryptonomist (deadline). Caveat: 56 includes seven companies outside the 62, so the in-list count is 49; plot the in-list series if room (43 on Oct 30, 49 on Nov 2).

Flow Watch

The Rulebook

US. OKXICE's Nov 2 notice is the change: 56 objectors; the Oct 4 batch's 30-day windows closed around Nov 3, and venues have five business days to publish, so the list can grow into next week (Cryptonomist; Decrypt). The SEC's TSV page still lists three venues, last updated Oct 21 (SEC). For a holder: a blocked name can be held only as an offshore backed claim or tracker, or as the issuer's own authorized share; no US third-party token.

EU. No change. ESMA's tokenised-collateral call for evidence stands (ESMA, carried).

Other. Binance: second withdrawal phase opened Nov 3 with no asset list; the Nov 4 snapshot proof lands 40–50 hours later (TechBriefly; Unchained). For a holder: bStocks remain outside the proof and unnamed in any phase.

Deal Flow

The Playbook (Pro)

Map the tape against the 56. Five objectors already sit in rwa.xyz's top 25 tokens: SpaceX (SPCXB $189.3M, SPCXx $40.5M), Alphabet (GOOGLB $114.2M), Micron (MUB $69.8M), Tesla (TSLAx $48.8M) and Nvidia (NVDAB $48.6M). That is $511M, about 26% of the top 25's $1.99B, in names that shut the US third-party door. Their only tokenized route is now offshore: backed claims and trackers. Log SPCXB and SPCXx against SpaceX's 4 pm close at 8 pm ET and 7 am for a week. Then record whether the offshore basis widens as the onshore list closes.

RISK LINE: 88% of bStocks sit in Binance wallets with withdrawals still phased and bStocks unnamed; an objection covers one venue and can be withdrawn; the overlap is our own match on a top-25 cut.

Odds

Polymarket, "First to list tokenized stocks in the US?": Robinhood 38%, no listing by Dec 31, 2027 19.4%, Coinbase 17.4%, Kraken 9.8%, Gemini 9%; volume $106,075, unchanged from Monday, so nothing traded Tuesday. Coinbase ladder ($11,700, unchanged): Dec 31 32%, Mar 31 52%, Jun 30 55%. Thin books. No Kalshi market found.

Sign-off

Six more said no, the tape marked two days at once, and SpaceX is on both sides of the ledger. That's the tape. The bell isn't ringing.

Corrections and disclosures

One correction to the Nov 3 issue: we wrote "50 of 62 proposed symbols" for OKXICE's objectors; the 50 included seven companies outside the original 62, so the in-list count was 43 (Cryptonomist). We now carry 56 in all, 49 of 62. One omission: tZERO's SPAC was announced Nov 2 and missed that issue; it runs in Deal Flow today. No corrections to the Tape.
