The Open

Twenty-six public companies have now told OKX and ICE to keep their shares off-chain. IBM, Oracle, Intel and IonQ joined in an OKXICE notice dated Oct 26, per CoinDesk; 23 of the original 62 names, 37%. The same day, Ondo wired its trackers to Robinhood's derivatives with 11 Uniswap pools, built to close weekend price gaps.

THE 3AM LINE: rwa.xyz rose about $50M to $3.57B, Ondo added $16.5M on launch day, and Polymarket did not trade for a fourth day.

Top of the Tape

Twenty-six companies said no, one issuer built a bridge, and four in five "holders" turned out to be dust. Same market, three different days.

Chart of the Day

"Holders, deflated." Three grouped bars per issuer, Robinhood, bStocks and xStocks: raw holder accounts, accounts above $1, unique wallets above $1. Annotate the market-wide funnel at the top: 5.03M raw, 1.22M above $1, 791,715 unique.

Data points, Birdeye snapshot Oct 21, published Oct 27: Robinhood 1.55M raw, 188,121 unique; bStocks 1.48M raw, 217,216 unique; xStocks 903K raw, 194,951 unique; Backpack 513K, Ondo 506K, Coinbase 74K raw. Source: TechFlow / Birdeye. Caveat: above-$1 counts for Backpack, Ondo and Coinbase are not given; rwa.xyz's 4.44M is a raw count.

Flow Watch

The Rulebook

US. Changed, at the examiner's desk. The SEC's fiscal 2027 examination priorities, released Oct 23, name "tokenization of securities, extended trading hours, and quantum computing" as Regulation SCI focus areas; tokenization is also a high-risk area at clearing agencies. It was absent from the 2026 list (Cointelegraph). Staff FAQs now cover TSV notice timing and third-party tokens inside the 30-day window (Deloitte DART, Oct 22). The TSV register still lists three venues, updated Oct 21 (SEC). For a holder: your venue gets examined on tokenization from October 2027; the rules did not move.

EU. No change. ESMA's DLT28 proposal (Oct 23) and the CCP collateral call for evidence stand as reported Oct 27.

Other. No change.

Deal Flow

The Playbook (Pro)

Log the weekend basis where it now prints. Ondo's 11 StablePair pools quote a tracker against a derivative on the same share, NVDAon against NVDArh, all weekend. Pull the pool price Friday 16:00 ET, Saturday noon and Sunday noon, against Friday's close. A persistent discount on the Robinhood side is the measured cost of the derivative structure. A fee spike marks the moment arbitrageurs stopped showing up. Three weekends of readings make the first public series on weekend pricing, structure by structure.

RISK LINE: Neither leg is a share, Ondo tokens carry no rights to the stock, Robinhood tokens are debt securities closed to US persons, the bridge adds a counterparty, and redemptions do not open on Saturday.

Odds

Polymarket, "First to list tokenized stocks in the US?": Robinhood 37%, no listing by Dec 31, 2027 36.3%, Coinbase 12.5%, Kraken 5.9%, Gemini 4%; volume $90,248, unchanged since Oct 24. Coinbase ladder ($8,169): by Oct 31, 3%; by Dec 31, 20%; by Mar 31, 2027, 31%; by Jun 30, 2027, 55%, unchanged. No Kalshi market found. Four days without a trade; Tenev's "soon" moved nothing.

Sign-off

The companies said no, the trackers met the derivatives, and the holder count lost a zero. That's the tape. The bell isn't ringing.

Corrections and disclosures

No corrections to the Oct 27 issue. Two notes: TokenPost's Oct 27 snapshot of rwa.xyz shows 4.50M holders and $3.61B against our 4.44M and $3.57B, a timing gap, not an error. Cointelegraph's Oct 28 Tenev piece still cites 16 OKXICE objectors; CoinDesk's Oct 27 count is 26. Editor to confirm the count at send time.
